Green Smoothie Diet

DAY ONE

Weight: Ashamed to say 206.8

Today: Breakfast

Papaya slices
Pineapple chunks
Blackberries
Strawberries
Banana
Water Cress
Kale
YUM!!!!!!

Headed out to the shop to do some "rowing" on my total gym!
